As a successful customer service professional, you will play a vital role in helping individuals find solutions to their queries related to US healthcare plans.
Job OverviewThis exciting opportunity involves working with customers over the phone to address their inquiries and concerns. You will receive comprehensive training to enable you to provide expert guidance on pharmacy plans and coverage.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. You will be expected to handle a high volume of incoming calls, gather customer information accurately, and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Efficiently manage a large volume of incoming calls
- Accurately collect and document customer information, assess needs, and provide solutions
- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing multiple systems simultaneously
- Maintain a high level of attendance and punctuality
- Resolve customer complaints through one-call resolution or escalated processes
- Achieve or exceed performance metrics for quality and productivity
- Balance company policies with customer benefits in decision-making
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency and improve customer satisfaction
- Ensure accurate call disposition and documentation of customer interactions
- Show adaptability and flexibility in a rapidly changing business environment
