Associate - Depositary Services Job Description

This role involves assisting the depositary team in delivering monitoring and oversight depository services to alternative investment fund clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in funds sector, with a strong understanding of operational controls testing.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additionally, they should be able to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team with daily cash monitoring and ongoing oversight reviews;
  • Perform sample-based controls reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Contribute to client reporting and other Depo-lite related services;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Accountancy, Finance);
  • 1-2 years' experience in funds sector, with a strong understanding of operational controls testing;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
