Estate Technical Services Manager

As a key member of our technical services team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management of our estate, encompassing project coordination, facilities upkeep, environmental stewardship, and infrastructural risk management.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert guidance and support to ensure effective implementation of our policies and procedures in managing the estate.
- Oversee the delivery of individual projects, as well as those related to Infrastructural Risk matters.
- Ensure safe project management, including staff and contractor arrangements.
- Collaborate with estates teams to address issues and meet service requirements.
- Engineering Estates & Facilities Project Management Experience
