The Role of a Project Manager involves leading stakeholders to ensure decisions align with project scope and objectives. The job requires establishing a stakeholder management framework, developing service specifications, and managing route optimization and technology integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a stakeholder management framework to ensure alignment with project objectives
  • Develop service specifications to define clear criteria and standards for resource management
  • Manage route optimization and technology integration to improve scheduling and resource allocation
  • Coordinate resources to streamline fleet management and ensure compliance with health, safety, and accessibility standards

This is a fixed-term contract position that reports directly to the Head of Department. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and stakeholders to support the rollout of a new function within the Transport & Logistics division.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement project plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
