Incident Prevention Specialist

As an Incident Prevention Specialist, you will be responsible for spearheading proactive safety initiatives and fostering a culture of vigilance across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Focus on incident trends, location hotspots, multiple fault incidents, etc., and introduce evidence-based safety strategies to mitigate such incidents.
- Attend and manage the scene of incidents. Investigate incidents, compile comprehensive reports of the findings, and present these to the Learning Group for continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely delivery of route risk assessments by relevant departments.
- Collaborate with Operations teams to identify potential risks and develop practical solutions.
- Deliver Incident Management training programs to all new drivers.
- Report serious incidents to stakeholders in a prompt and accurate manner.
- A confident communicator and presenter.
- Experience of building relationships with internal and external partners.
- Proficiency in report writing.
- A track record of meeting performance targets and KPIs.
- Proficient in using computers and creative applications to design engaging posters, campaigns, and safety materials.
- Act in a manner to ensure the health, safety, welfare, environment, and fire safety of yourself and others within the organization.
- Maintain your working environment in a safe and tidy condition.
- Proactively identify any unsafe practices or safety risks within the organization and report these through appropriate channels.
