Safety and Compliance Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Safety and Compliance Specialist to join our team in Tipperary. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on health and safety management to clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out health and safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend improvements.
- Develop and implement effective health and safety management systems.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on health and safety best practices and procedures.
- Liaise with the HSE, HSA, and other enforcing authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
What You Will Need:
- Chartered member of the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH) or equivalent.
- Strong technical knowledge of health and safety principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
