
Chief Flood Management Specialist

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-profile projects within the flooding and drainage team for public and private sector clients across Ireland and beyond. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting existing and new project initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Job Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement project strategies.
- Lead technical teams to deliver high-quality engineering services for clients.
- Provide expert advice on hydraulic modelling, ensuring deliverables meet project objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Contribute to the development of the team's technical capabilities, promoting best practices and innovation.
- Level 8 degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field; a Level 9 Masters is advantageous.
- Membership of a professional body such as Engineers Ireland or Institution of Civil Engineers.
- Strong desire to develop to Chartered Engineer level.
- Excellent knowledge of flood hydrology and hydraulic processes.
- Proven ability to deliver projects and tasks to a high quality, on time, and within budget.
