Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Highways and Active Travel Specialist to join our team.

As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-profile projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

  • Maintaining strong client relationships and overseeing communications across assigned projects
  • Mentoring and managing more junior Project Managers within the Highways and Active Travel Sector
  • Supervising and guiding both senior and junior team members within the Highways and Active Travel Sector

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline, with Chartered Engineer status
  • A minimum of 15 years post-graduate experience in the design and project management of highways, greenway and active travel schemes
  • Experience in the delivery of design and build projects is desirable
  • Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary design teams
  • Strong experience in liaising with clients, external stakeholders and sub-consultants
