Highway Construction Management Expert

You are a licensed Professional Engineer with a degree in Civil Engineering and extensive experience in highway construction management. Our guide will help you develop your expertise in this field.

  • Investigate highway construction incidents to understand the cause behind them.
  • Analyze site procedures using your comprehensive knowledge of standards and practices.
  • Write clear, scientifically sound reports and provide expert testimony.

This role allows you to make a tangible difference, continuously learn and grow, and collaborate with highly respected experts in civil engineering.

The ideal candidate has:

  • A B.S. in Civil Engineering.
  • A P.E. license.
  • DOT experience.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in highway construction, traffic control and safety, construction management, inspection, safety, means & methods, contracts, scheduling, estimating, subcontractor management, quality control, fieldwork analyses, and incident and claims investigations.
  • Experience in design, maintenance, materials testing, land development, stormwater systems, parking lot design/construction, vertical construction, and/or crash investigation/reconstruction is an asset.

We seek professionals who can work independently and collaboratively, possess excellent technical, analytical, writing, and communication skills, and have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive. Some travel (about 20% on average) is required.
