HR Leadership Role

A career-defining opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to lead the human resources strategy and operations for Ireland, with potential to expand into an EMEA remit.

  • Manage HR functions, overseeing direct and dotted-line responsibility for up to 40 team members, including HR business partners and talent acquisition specialists.
  • Partner with Irish leadership to drive business objectives and influence key decisions.
  • Develop strong relationships across EMEA and contribute to the global HR agenda.
  • Shape and develop the future HR structure to support business growth and scalability.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of senior HR leadership experience, preferably in a global or complex environment. They should possess a strategic mindset, operational expertise, and proven success in organisational design and scaling HR functions.

  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of HR best practices.
