Senior Investor Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Investor Services Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of investment services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the Investor Services team, ensuring that high-quality services are delivered to clients and investors. This includes delegating tasks, performing quality control checks, and escalating issues as necessary.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a hedge fund administration firm, with a strong background in all aspects of investor services. You will also need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
