Job Overview

Candidates with a passion for statistical analysis and leadership are invited to drive our clinical development programs forward. This role involves understanding patient and business needs, developing protocol designs, clinical plans, and data analysis plans in collaboration with physicians, researchers, and medical colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with study personnel to design studies and write protocols for each study's conduct.
  • Assist in or be accountable for selecting statistical methods for data analysis, authoring corresponding sections of the protocol and statistical analysis plan, and conducting actual analysis once a reporting database is created.
  • Maintain currency with respect to statistical methodology and proficiency in applying new and varied methods.
  • Perform peer-review of work products from other statistical colleagues.
Requirements
  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Statistics or Biostatistics.
  • Proficient in programming languages/software such as SAS, R, Spotfire, WinBUG, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills for effective customer consultation.
  • Teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Technical expertise and application with working knowledge of experimental design and statistical analysis.
