Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Utilities Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our equipment, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and leading a team of technicians to achieve departmental goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and optimize equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Lead a team of technicians to achieve departmental goals
  • Manage and support the training needs of team members
  • Translate business objectives into departmental and individual goals
  • Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot complex problems related to equipment failure
  • Manage capex projects to completion, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance
  • Develop and implement annual master plans for the area
Requirements:
  • degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical, electrical & electronic or instrumentation
  • 6 years minimum experience in maintenance of an industry environment
  • 4 years minimum people management experience
  • Effective time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Fluency in English
  • Skilled at managing processes and tools
