The primary goal of this position is to provide exceptional client service by performing the broking role for a portfolio of clients and supporting the business in achieving its objectives. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform the broking role for assigned clients, handling renewals and mid-term alterations with efficiency and friendliness
• Deliver best-in-class client service, meeting all client deadlines and expectations
• Develop an in-depth understanding of each client's business and culture
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing client accounts and drive growth
• Foster strong relationships with insurers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
• Adhere to company procedures for renewals and new business
• Maintain high standards of compliance and regulatory requirements
• Participate in projects and contribute to team success
• Provide technical support to colleagues and help resolve client-related issues
• Build relationships and collaborate with various teams across the organization
Requirements:
• Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualification
• Previous experience working in insurance or a related field
• Strong client advocacy skills
• Proven ability to take early responsibility and demonstrate initiative
• Passion for learning about the insurance industry and staying up-to-date with industry developments
• Hardworking, proactive, and adaptable individual with good problem-solving skills
• Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• High accuracy and attention to detail in completing tasks
