Senior Site Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior management role in the construction industry as a Site Manager.
As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on the construction site, including workforce coordination, subcontractor management, and sequencing of works.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Site Management: Oversee the smooth running of the construction site, ensuring health and safety compliance at all times.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve project goals.
- Quality Control: Maintain high-quality finishes and ensure that all works meet residential standards.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Manage trades such as block layers, roofers, carpenters, plasterers, and M&E contractors.
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Building Surveying.
- 3-5 years of on-site experience, preferably in a supervisory or foreperson role.
- Knowledge of construction sequencing, trades coordination, and fit-out details.
- Proficiency in reading drawings and project scheduling tools such as MS Project and Asta.
- €75,000 to €85,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus a range of benefits.
