We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Client Solutions Consultant to join our team.
This is a full-time position based in Dublin or Madrid, requiring a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.
Job DescriptionAs a Strategic Client Solutions Consultant, you will work cross-functionally with our largest and most complex users, providing customized strategic consultations and identifying opportunities to help businesses deliver more value to their customers.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to assigned accounts' key stakeholders, working with the Operations team to provide current state, resources, and knowledge to enable Gold Standard Experience across teams, fostering long-term user relationships that grow loyalty to our products, collaborating on the continued design of our support offering, and creating user-facing content for long-term solutions.
Requirements- A minimum of 3 years experience in enterprise-level client-facing work
- Strong product sense and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- The ability to lead complex integration conversations and interface with technical teams
- Familiarity with APIs, SQL, and basic troubleshooting skills
