Compliance Expert Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Compliance Manager to join our organization in Dublin. As a key team member, you will play a crucial role in developing and overseeing a compliance framework that ensures regulatory requirements are met.

About the Role
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive compliance framework to guarantee regulatory obligations are fulfilled
  • Provide assurance on controls, compliant product and proposition development and review
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert on regulatory matters and Data Owner for the Ireland branch
  • Serve as the primary contact for regulators, delivering timely reports and addressing queries
  • Lead and develop a high-performing compliance team, embedding a strong compliance culture aligned with organizational values and risk appetite
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience at senior compliance leadership level in the commercial general insurance sector
  • ACII qualified
  • Professional Diploma in Compliance, or equivalent professional qualification (legal, financial)
  • Deep knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment in which the Ireland business operates
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence key stakeholders at most senior levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
