Technical Support Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Associate to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting and resolve customer issues across the product range by asking targeted questions.
  • Document complaints and inquiries according to established guidelines.
  • Communicate investigation outcomes to customers via phone and in writing.
  • Manage and prioritize group mailboxes to ensure timely responses.
  • Resolve inquiries and complaints within set KPI targets for individuals, team, and company.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain and share product expertise within the Technical Support team.

Requirements

  • 3rd Level Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline (preferred: Science, Biomedical, Medical Transcription, Healthcare, Nursing, Engineering).
  • Call center or administrative experience also accepted.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English.
  • Desirable: Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical/clinical environment or a customer-facing support role, capable of handling technical complaints professionally.
