The Senior Planning Manager will coordinate and project manage all trade-led marketing activities. They are responsible for developing and coordinating sales, trade marketing & insights teams to deliver a comprehensive growth strategy while maintaining brand personality & values.

  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to create a strategic vision for short- and long-term growth in the market.
  • Translate global business strategy to local market and ensure effective execution.
  • Develop trade marketing strategies, utilizing trade and marketing expertise to recommend best trade-led activities.
  • Recommend and support trade activity proposals with commercial backing, upholding brand guidelines while protecting brand image.

  • Ownership of internal metrics to support brand growth strategy.

  • Ensure Sales and Marketing collaborate seamlessly.

  • Support alignment across customers and channels for all trade marketing activities.
  • Oversee Category Management projects.
  • Ensure national team is regarded as 'best-in-class' by international team.
  • Manage international requests for data sharing and implementation of international tools.
  • Implement global tools (for in-store material creation, planogram elaboration, and promotion efficiency evaluation).
