Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to drive the delivery of Water Treatment facilities within the pharmaceutical industry.

About the Role:
  • Work as a seconded resource in a client-led team, leading a multidisciplinary project through all stages from design to construction and handover
  • Provide specialist knowledge on various aspects of design and construction, controlling vendors/contractors from tender through to construction
  • Present business cases, secure funding, and attend testing on site and off site, ensuring effective risk and change management
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in a highly regulated environment, with expertise managing medium-sized projects in a brownfield Pharmaceutical type environment
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor contractor management skills, with the ability to present compelling business cases

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the project team through all stages from design to construction and handover, ensuring timely completion and budget control
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and contractors, ensuring open communication and issue resolution
