Administrative Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our front office activities.


Responsibilities
  • Assist in the efficient running of the front office, ensuring highest standards of customer service.
  • Provide effective check-in and check-out services, operating the switchboard and handling guest queries.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of property facilities and processes, contributing to a culture of high quality standards.
  • Use onsite computer systems, email, and Microsoft packages to perform administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business.

Requirements
  • 2 years previous reception/front of house experience, ideally in a 4/5 star hotel environment.
  • Experience with Hotsoft system is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Possess a friendly and courteous personality, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a team player, with ability to work independently and make decisions effectively.
