About the Role:

As a Senior Machine Learning Scientist, you'll work closely with our product-focused team to define new ML features, research appropriate algorithms and technologies, and rapidly get prototypes in customers' hands.

Our team is passionate about applying machine learning technology and has productized a range of techniques, from classic supervised models to cutting-edge unsupervised clustering algorithms and novel applications of transformer neural networks.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative machine learning solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality ML products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and apply this knowledge to improve our solutions.
  • Analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions.

About You:

We're looking for someone with broad applied machine learning knowledge, 3-5 years of experience in the field, and practical statistics knowledge. You'll need strong communication skills, both within engineering teams and across disciplines, as well as comfort with ambiguity and a track record of shipping ML products.
