
National Sales Strategist

We are seeking an experienced account manager to lead our national sales strategy in the pharmacy channel.
This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and develop business relationships with key accounts.
- Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver profitable growth and excellent service to community pharmacies across our SN Portfolio through our Wholesale Partners.
- To identify opportunities to grow Danone's Specialised Nutritional brands with Key Pharmacy accounts in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
- To manage promotional and pricing plans, ensuring internal alignment and communication to customers.
- To review return on investment internally and externally, tweaking the plans where relevant to maximise return.
- To support the building and execution of our channel-specific plans (Category, RGM, Shopper, Finance and Marketing).
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Leadership
- Good relationship building skills
- Strong Account management and ability to develop Business relationships
- Able to work autonomously to find solutions to challenges
- Able to build their network and can engage others through clear communication and positive relationship building.
- Functional
- Ability to develop and deliver JBP's with Key Accounts
- Ability to use questioning and listening to gain true customer needs
- Good commercial acumen with clear examples of strong P&L management
- Able to demonstrate experience of well-prepared negotiations including 'must gets', 'wish list' and 'concessions'
