Job Title: Clinical Research Coordination Assistant

This role is ideal for someone who has a keen interest in clinical research and wants to gain work experience in this field.

The Clinical Research Coordination Assistant will be responsible for handling general administrative tasks, preparing pre-clinical and clinical documents, supporting the maintenance of quality management records, coordinating pre-clinical activities, ordering consumables and equipment, assisting with verification & validation studies, keeping inventory logs for clinical investigation products, maintaining commercial data logs, ensuring clinical documentation supplies are stocked, and assisting with database searches like MAUDE and literature reviews.

Requirements:
  • A third-level diploma or degree is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related software is essential.
  • Experience in general office administration/assistant roles is preferred.
  • Skilled in office software tools is necessary.
  • Medical device industry experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of regulated industries is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work well in a small team is essential.
  • High attention to detail is necessary.
  • Able to work independently is required.
