Customer Success Advocate Role Overview">

Join our customer success team to help drive growth and adoption within the EMEA region. As a Customer Success Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring timely issue resolution, and promoting product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new customers by introducing them to available resources via webinars and personalized engagements
  • Drive product adoption through proactive guidance and support
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to identify opportunities and resolve issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their ServiceNow experience
  • Escalation management to quickly resolve complex customer issues

Requirements:

  • Experience in leveraging AI-powered tools to drive business value
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or AI-related field preferred
  • Emotional intelligence and organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing tasks
  • Fluency in English and Italian required

What You'll Do:">

Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer success, growth, and adoption. Utilize your expertise in AI and technology to deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolve complex issues, and promote product adoption.

Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve customer goals. Collaborate with external partners to leverage best practices and optimize customer outcomes.

Utilize data analytics and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.

Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company initiatives and industry developments.

Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhancements.
