We're seeking a seasoned performance marketer to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.

About the Role

You'll develop and execute strategies to acquire new users, retain existing ones, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new features and products.

  • Develop user acquisition strategies across paid social media, search engine marketing, and influencer marketing.
  • Manage a team of marketers to achieve user growth and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to launch new features and products.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize user acquisition campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience driving mobile and web user acquisition.
  • Experience with subscription-based models and freemium-to-paid conversion.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in SQL, Looker, Amplitude (or similar), and ability to design A/B tests and lift studies.
