Job Title: Medical Devices Administrator

Job Description:

This is a permanent position that requires the administration of medical devices, ensuring their timely and accurate delivery to healthcare providers.

  • Process and manage orders, requisitions, and acknowledgements for medical devices.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing and maintaining medical device records and databases (including pricing and regulatory documentation).
  2. Monitoring stock levels and ensuring compliance with storage and traceability requirements.
  3. Investigating and resolving delivery discrepancies or product issues in line with quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Applicants should have excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Knowledge of medical devices and relevant regulations is also essential.

Additionally, applicants should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
