Senior Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile projects that meet the highest standards for our clients.

  • Ensure contract compliance and effective governance through proactive project management.
  • Maintain the highest quality standards, ensuring integrity throughout each project.
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest level of quality.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders and keep them informed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and manage risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Coordinate all aspects of project delivery, from design to construction.
  • Provide regular progress reports to key stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with third parties and vendors.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans for clients and internal teams.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring smooth progress from conception to completion.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude.
  • Flexibility to handle various responsibilities as they arise.
  • A collaborative attitude that contributes to a positive team environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential in this role.
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to take direction and act quickly.
  • Proven experience in project management is required.
  • A relevant Third Level Qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a similar field is essential.
