Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with internal teams to provide candidate pipelines for assigned roles.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Engage talent and build sustainable talent pools across commercial and financial services roles.
  • Conduct screening calls and assess candidates against role requirements, focusing on commercial and financial positions.
  • Manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth journey.
  • Provide a superior candidate experience from first contact through to placement.
  • Share market insights and feedback with clients and internal teams, contributing to strategic discussions.
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting through internal systems, ensuring quality across processes.
  • Demonstrate core values: Communicate effectively, Lead results-driven initiatives, Be client-centric, Collaborate & Contribute, Problem solve creatively, and Drive personal growth.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent delivery, preferably within commercial or financial services.
  • Proven experience recruiting for commercial and financial services positions.
  • Solid sourcing expertise with the ability to identify, engage, and manage talent pools.
  • Strong motivation and drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of RPO models and working within client structures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a data-driven approach to recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset with a track record of meeting SLAs and KPIs.
  • Interest in developing client-facing skills, such as attending briefings or providing market insights.
  • Flexibility to work onsite if required.
