We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Health Care Assistant to join our team at Evergreen Care. As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our residents.
A leading healthcare organisation provides long- and short-term residential care and services to older people and those in need of residential care. Our goal is to create a kind, caring, and happy community for every resident.
In this role, you will work as part of a team to provide high-quality care to meet residents' needs and support them to continue living independently with privacy and dignity. You will promote a caring environment through excellent professional practice, addressing the physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual needs of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide quality person-centered care to meet residents' needs and support them to continue living independently with privacy and dignity.
- Promote a caring environment for residents through high standards of professional practice addressing their physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual needs.
- Previous experience or a relevant QQI Level 5 in Health Care Support is preferred but not essential. Further CPD is available.
- Must be compassionate and have great interpersonal skills.
- Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
