Residential Property Leadership Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Residential Property Manager to lead our property management initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in daily client communication, attending meetings, and staying up-to-date with relevant legislation. Fluency in English is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities- Daily Communication with clients to ensure seamless property management services.
- Attend and chair director's meetings, AGMs, and EGMs to drive business growth.
- Stay current with relevant legislation to minimize risk and ensure compliance.
- Oversee building structural issues to maintain high-quality properties.
The successful candidate will possess a valid PSRA license, driving license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365/Google Workspace and property-related CRM systems. Strong customer focus and ability to work under pressure are essential.
Requirements- Valid PSRA License to manage residential properties.
- Driving License for site visits and inspections.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365/Google Workspace for efficient administrative tasks.
