Residential Property Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential properties.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record of managing block management, with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- In-depth knowledge of building structures, including plant and equipment.
- The ability to exercise discretion when handling sensitive information and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365/Google Workspace and property-related CRM systems.
- A strong customer focus and willingness to go the extra mile to deliver excellent results.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Daily communication with clients, attending meetings, and staying up to date with relevant legislation.
- Dealing with building structural issues, organizing maintenance schedules, and budgeting.
Fluency in both written and oral English is mandatory. A cover letter outlining your experience and suitability for the post should be submitted along with your CV.
