Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with global data protection laws and regulations. This role plays a key part in safeguarding personal data and maintaining the trust of clients and employees.

  • Develop, implement and maintain data protection policies, procedures and guidelines in line with GDPR, the AI Act and other applicable frameworks
  • Handle Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) along with requests for rectification, erasure and other data subject rights inquiries
  • Conduct and support Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs) for projects and new initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records of processing activities through data inventories and mapping of data flows
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a data protection, privacy, compliance or governance role
  • Strong understanding of global data protection regulations including GDPR
  • Familiarity with technology and IT security principles
  • Experience supporting multiple projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
