We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient and safe handling of materials and products. This role offers excellent opportunities for progression within the company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, planning and controlling inventory flow, and reporting to the Head of Supply Chain. They will also work closely with Planning, Sourcing, Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehouse staff to maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce excess stock.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage inventory levels to ensure the right products are available at the right time and in the right quantity.
- Plan, organise, and control inventory flow to meet production and customer demands while minimizing costs.
- Report to the Head of Supply Chain and work closely with other departments to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and security protocols.
- Produce regular reports on inventory levels and operational performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 4+ years working within a Warehouse/Inventory Manager role.
- Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills, proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication and leadership skills.
