We are seeking a highly experienced Assistant Logistics Manager to join our team. As a key member of the logistics department, you will be responsible for overseeing everything from material receipt and shipment to haulage partners and industrial relations.

Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in logistics or warehouse management, preferably within manufacturing or building materials. You will also possess proven leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.

You will be customer-focused, proactive, and capable of challenging established processes to drive improvement. Proficient in MS Office and SAP (or equivalent systems); knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is desirable.

About the Role:
  • Manage logistics operations, including material receipt and shipment.
  • Lead the logistics team with safety and sustainability at the core.
  • Drive ERP upgrade projects while maintaining continuity and efficiency in logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance, and HR to drive alignment and deliver results across the business.
  • Drive efficiency and service excellence through lean practices and digital innovation.

Requirements include excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams, cross-functional departments, and external partners.
