Job Opportunity: Senior Lead Engineer

This role presents a compelling challenge for a senior lead engineer to spearhead the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to drive quality, cost, and delivery goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement customer technical roadmaps and related process development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the development and release of full manufacturing processes for new products, fostering innovation and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement cost-optimized feedback using Design for Manufacturability (DFX) tools and processes, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Plan and lead the assessment of process applications using design of experiments, driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Design process controls and data collection strategies, evaluating complex data to inform reporting yield, reliability, and diagnoses to root causes failures impacting product quality.
Requirements:
  • A degree in engineering with 4+ years' relevant experience.
  • Relevant medical device and/or automation experience is preferred.
  • Experience in ISO13485 medical device manufacturing environments is desirable.
  • Relevant project management experience and associated qualifications, including NPI experience.
  • Ability to initiate and lead change, collaborate, create alignment, drive accountability, think critically, and make sound decisions.
