Optimize Production Processes

Serving as a Process Operations Manager, you will be responsible for guaranteeing the smooth execution of our production processes. This entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive safety, quality, and compliance while promoting a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.
This role involves:
- Managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.
- Coordinating plant shutdown assignments and providing capital project input and support.
- Overseeing maintenance resources to meet production plans and exceed expectations while maintaining a zero-incident quality/safety mindset.
- Driving Lean/Continuous Improvement/Optimization initiatives using lean tools like A3 problem-solving.
The ideal candidate possesses:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Engineering, preferably with an electrical background and knowledge of industrial systems.
- The ability to organize, motivate, and understand people, including contractors, equipment suppliers, and team members.
- A proven ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
