Job Title:

A role in supporting arts initiatives and administration.

Role Overview:

This position will provide administrative support to the arts team, focusing on various aspects of arts management. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to deliver projects and ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support policy initiatives by setting up meetings, taking minutes, and liaising with external parties as required.
  • Provide administrative assistance for arts centers' policy commitments outlined in annual work plans.
  • Coordinate events, focus groups, and questionnaires as needed, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Manage special projects, such as developing project plans, leading on policy programs, and providing administrative support to project teams.
  • Assist with funding applications, including action tasks in CRM queues, eligibility checks, assessment progress monitoring, and liaison with advisers as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • General administration experience, prioritizing and processing work efficiently.
  • Excellent office skills and working knowledge of relevant ICT systems, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective customer service.
  • Commitment to high standards of public service and good working knowledge of the arts in Ireland.
