Job Role Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a key player in driving customer satisfaction and growth, you will be responsible for overseeing order placement and execution with production units, handling escalated customer queries, and managing complaints. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to build strong relationships with customers, develop annual budgets, and plan capacity. You will also be responsible for hosting regular performance reviews and taking on special projects to drive operational excellence.

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a minimum diploma or degree in a business or engineering discipline, preferably with 3+ years of experience in customer-related roles. Experience in the aviation industry is advantageous, as is solid proficiency in IT systems such as MS Office/Teams and ERP systems. Strong diplomacy and negotiation skills, along with the ability to make decisions and work systematically, are essential for this role.
