French Language Specialist Job Opportunity

Are you an expert in the French language and localisation? Do you have a passion for creating culturally relevant content that drives business results?

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled French language specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for localising our French-language domains and assisting French customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Content Localisation: Localise all website copy, including product descriptions and new features, with translations, measurements, cultural references etc, using a range of internal tools.
  • Cultural Relevance: Ensure that key touchpoints including the Homepage and Top Navigation are seasonally and culturally relevant.
  • Digital Marketing: Localise onsite top landing pages and experiences, and optimise for organic traffic, including keyword research and the creation of SEO copy.
  • Customer Support: Provide language support in creation or optimisation of SEM paid search campaigns.
  • Marketing Execution: Schedule calendared discounts, and adapt for the local market.
  • Communication: Localise & QA marketing emails and new or updated trigger/canvas campaigns.
  • Language Enquiries: Assist the Customer Care team by answering French language enquiries.
  • Documentation: Maintain French language Zendesk articles so they are up to date and accurate.
  • Competitor Research: Monitor 3rd-party review sites, responding to or escalating issues when needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Complete local competitor research on pricing, marketing campaigns etc.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Support all other teams with French language support when required.
