Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing critical support to internal customers worldwide by updating Hertz systems in line with quality standards, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Update and maintain all types of information in relation to Location, Fleet, Onsell/Offsell, Taxes, Fees, Fuel, VAS, Special Equipment and Rental Qualifications and Requirements in the various databases.
  • Process tasks and workflows received for all locations in geographical Area North America.
  • Meet and exceed agreed Productivity, Quality and SLAs for each and all types of requests received.
  • Actively participate in Team meetings, briefs, knowledge share sessions, cross-training and any meetings organized to discuss and update team on business activities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure during peak times.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
