Infrastructure Site Management Role

A leading civil infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to oversee and coordinate on-site civil works. This is a key role in delivering essential projects across Ireland, prioritizing safety, sustainability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate on-site operations, ensuring all activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage site crews, collaborate with subcontractors and engineers, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with project specifications and health & safety regulations.
  • Proven experience as a Civil Foreman on utility, telecoms, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
  • Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Full driving license and relevant site certifications (e.g., Safe Pass, Manual Handling, CSCS).
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to site management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
