You'll be joining a team that plays a key role in shaping the future of energy and infrastructure in Ireland.

Your New Role

  • Coordinate and execute all administrative and transactional aspects of the tendering process.
  • Manage key tender milestones, prepare and upload documentation to platforms such as the EU Journal and eTenders.
  • Issue correspondence at both pre- and post-tender stages.
  • Support the clarification process, assist in opening and archiving submissions.
  • Ensure all documentation is stored and maintained in line with internal procedures.

Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, tender administration or in a related business field.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines are essential.

Familiarity with eSourcing platforms and public procurement portals such as eTenders and the EU Journal is highly desirable.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a proactive approach to identifying risks and improving processes, will be key to success in this role.
