Senior Executive Assistant Role

We're on a mission to safeguard the digital world and need your expertise. As our Senior Executive Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in empowering our CEO and Executive Team to focus on strategic initiatives.

This is a high-impact, high-trust position for someone who excels in dynamic environments. You'll be at the forefront of action, partnering closely with our CEO and collaborating across departments to drive alignment, remove friction, and optimize team performance.

Here's How You'll Contribute:

  • Collaborate closely with our CEO and Executive Team to manage scheduling, strategic priorities, and communications
  • Assist key senior leaders with administrative and organizational tasks as needed
  • Coordinate complex calendars, prepare briefings, and ensure everyone is in the right place at the right time
  • Manage travel and logistics with meticulous attention to detail
  • Refine operational processes across the Executive team to ensure smooth internal workflows
  • Liaise between executives and internal/external stakeholders—representing our organization with professionalism and care
  • Organize logistics for all key meetings, leadership offsites, and internal events, facilitating seamless planning and follow-through
  • Handle confidential internal and external communications with the utmost discretion and urgency

  • 6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably within a high-growth SaaS organization
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills; always two steps ahead
