Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the orthopaedic implant portfolio within Ireland, specifically the Leinster area.

Key Responsibilities
  • To achieve profitability targets by generating sales and identifying new opportunities with existing customers.
  • Identify efficiencies and areas of growth within the Orthopaedic Surgery market while distinguishing the brand from the competition.
  • Proven capability to lead theatre/hospital capital projects, delivering value as a trusted systems partner.
  • Enhance the existing model for orthopaedic Procedures & Power Tools across all disciplines.
  • Identify new & foster existing partnerships within the public and private hospital settings in Ireland.
  • Managing Key Projects
  • Maintaining market and competitor analysis and providing regular feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Commercial Experience in this field preferable minimum of 2-3 years.
  • Proven experience building customer relationships.
  • Experience of the local healthcare sector
  • Full Clean Driving Licence
  • Full eligibility to work in Ireland.
  • Strong sense of urgency to respond to customer needs.
  • An excellent communication with the ability to deal with customers effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to coordinate and train other staff and customers.
  • Resilient – able to deal with a challenging and fast paced environment.
  • Excellent remuneration package.
