Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled National Account Manager to join our team in the beverage industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for selling our full beverage portfolio across various channels, including Foodservice and Workplace sectors.

This includes outlets such as canteens, fast-food restaurants, cinemas, offices, and vending solutions.

Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with key and national accounts, driving sales, and ensuring successful contract execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow distribution, revenue, volume, trading contribution, and market share by brand, channel, and pack in line with or above target (Volume, Net Sales, TP) in line with sub-channel targets, including customer forecast accuracy.
  • Improve product availability for our soft drink range, including Pepsi, 7up, Club, Ballygowan, MiWadi, Cidona, London Essence Premium mixers, and Teisseire in On Trade, Hospitality, Foodservice, and Workplace outlets.
  • Deliver quarterly sales targets for Aqua Libra Co Taps, Soft Drinks Dispense units, and Ballygowan Water Coolers in the territory, i.e., to Pubs, Restaurants, Hotels, Foodservice, Workplace, and Leisure customers.
  • Organize and attend monthly meetings with your direct team, covering targets, operational standards, development of people, and living our Growth Culture.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and wholesalers within the territory, communicating quarterly promotional activities and ensuring compliance with Joint Business Plans (JBP).

Education/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is desirable, but ensuring you have the necessary skills and experience will be essential for this role.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales within the service industry, with a proven track record of success.
