Hotel Accommodation Coordinator Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Hotel Manager/Management Team to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel's accommodation department.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the housekeeping team to ensure that all bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned/maintained to the highest standard.

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the accommodation department
  • Coordinating the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Working with the Front Office Manager and Reception Team to ensure excellent customer care
  • Providing staff training and development
  • Ordering stock and supplies
  • Attending hotel meetings and completing action plans
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Hotel Accommodation Manager or Supervisor
  • HACCP training (desirable but not essential)
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to multi-task and adapt to changing situations
