Nurse Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Staff Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, leading, and managing staff, as well as ensuring the highest level of care for residents.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a sound decision-making ability and the ability to motivate self and others. A registered nurse with first-level registration and previous managerial experience is highly desirable.
The role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, including supervising staff, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing medications, and promoting a safe and healthy environment for residents.
