Duties

  • Provide support to the Marketing and Business Development planning by focusing on trends and information gathered through usual channels to identify growth areas for clients.
  • Develop and implement Marketing and Business Development campaigns.
  • Assist practice area groups with marketing and BD campaigns within the firm.
  • Liaise with other departments to deliver high-impact practice area campaigns and participate in multiple projects across the firm's marketing and BD strategies.
  • Organize effective targeting of sources of business, including international law firms, targets, clients, and growth market share.
  • Monitor and track activity results and return on investment.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the firm's CRM system when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years' experience in a Marketing and Business Development role.
  • BA Degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly in MS Office.
  • Confident individual with good leadership abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
