Job Title: Bar Supervisor

We are seeking a seasoned Bar Supervisor to join our dynamic team at the W XYZ Cocktail & Rooftop Bar. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, including coordinating and directing our bartenders.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of bartenders to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, responding promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns
  • Train and mentor new staff members on menu offerings, service standards, and guest interactions
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service to uphold the reputation of the W XYZ Cocktail Bar
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to maintain a cohesive working environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  • Experience as a bartender is highly desirable
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food and beverage trends and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with a positive attitude
